Nizhnekamsk starts producing new PP grade

Nizhnekamskneftekhim (NKNK; Nizhnekamsk, Russia), a leading producer of petrochemicals, announced today that it has started producing a new grade of polypropylene (PP) as part of an import-substitution program.  The new PP grade is a random copolymer of propylene and ethylene and has enhanced optical properties.
