LyondellBasell to Close PP Plant in Italy

LyondellBasell has told trade unions in Italy that it plans to close its 255,000-m.t./year, Spheripol-process polypropylene (PP) plant at Terni, north of Rome, before the end of this year. The plant has about 120 direct employees.
