LyondellBasell Confirms Kazakhstan Technologies

LyondellBasell has confirmed CW’s exclusive report that its polyolefin technologies have been selected for three plants to be built by Kazakhstan Petrochemical Industries (KPI; Almaty), a joint venture in which LyondellBasell holds a minority stake (CW, May 5, p. 23). SAT & Co. (Almaty) and KazMunayGaz Exploration & Production (Almaty) hold the majority.
