Jacobs Awarded FEED Contract by Borouge

Jacobs Engineering has been awarded a contract from Abu Dhabi Polymers Co. (Borouge) to develop front-end engineering and design (FEED) package for a section of the previously announced Borouge 3 petrochemicals complex at Ruwais, Abu Dhabi. Jacobs will be responsible for the compounding, soaking, and product handling line of the polyolefins part of the complex. The FEED portion is scheduled to be completed by mid-2010.
