CPChem to Close PP Joint Venture in Pasadena

Chevron Phillips Chemical (CPChem) and Sumika Polymers America (New York) say they will permanently shut the polypropylene (PP) assets of their joint venture, Phillips Sumika Polypropylene Company (PSPC; Pasadena, TX), and cease PSPC operations.
