Braskem Completes Acquisition of Sunoco’s Polypropylene Business

Braskem (São Paulo) says it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Sunoco Chemicals’ polypropylene (PP) business for about $350 million, following the approval of the transaction by the Federal Trade Commission and the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
