Borouge Selects Bechtel for PMC for Borouge 3; Outlines Project Configuration

Borouge, a joint venture between the Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. (Adnoc) and Borealis, has selected Bechtel to provide project management consultancy (PMC) services for Borouge 3, a previously announced multi-billion dollar petchems complex at Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, which is due on stream at the end of 2013. Borouge and Bechtel are yet to finalize the contract.
