Ashland Sells Stake in FiberVisions, May Rework Metal Casting jv

Ashland has sold its 33.5% stake in FiberVisions to its partner in the joint venture, private equity firm Snow Phipps (New York). Meanwhile, Ashland and Sud-Chemie are considering different structures for their $1.1-billion metal casting joint venture announced in June....
