Borealis starts up PP-LGF plant in Italy, launches product range with Borouge

Borealis's polypropylene (PP) long glass fiber (LGF) production line at Monza, Italy, has started operations, the company announced today. The Monza production facility is a specialty plant for Borealis, where smaller lines allow for more flexibility, the company says. The new plant produces PP-LGF by pultrusion to achieve increased fiber length in pellets and final parts.
