Start-up to build polymer plant based on used plastics in the Netherlands

Quality Circular Polymers (QCP; Urmond, Netherlands), an initiative of Huub Meessen and Marc Houtermans—entrepreneurs with extensive experience in petrochemicals—will invest €75 million ($103.6 million) to build a circular polymer plant at the Chemelot petrochemical site in the Netherlands, the company has announced.
