Sibur readies PDH plant, to decide on large Tobolsk project before year-end

Sibur (Moscow), Russia’s largest petrochemicals producer, is poised to begin operations at the company’s newly commissioned propane dehydrogenation (PDH) facility at Tobolsk, Russia, following slight delays with the completion of the project.
