Russian rail firm provides PE transport services to pipe plant

Russian Railways Logistics (RRL; Moscow), a subsidiary of RZD Holding (Moscow), has established a cooperation agreement with Chelyabinsk Pipe-Rolling Plant (Chelpipe; Moscow) covering the delivery of imported polyethylene (PE) to the plant, RRL says. RRL organizes regular deliveries by rail of PE shipped by Woojin Global Logistics (Seoul) to ports in northwestern Russia and the Russian far east to Chelpipe's plant at Chelyabinsk, Russia, under the terms of the agreement. Chelpipe produces and distributes pipes and pipe products for the oil and gas industry...
