LyondellBasell's Chemicals Segment Unchanged in May

LyondellBasell says the performance of its chemicals business was relatively unchanged during the May, with its olefins segment “quite weak” but its  polymers segment performing well. The company increased its May EBITDAR to $203 million, up about 8% from April, but expects to fall short of its second-quarter forecasts, LyondellBasell said in a conference call yesterday.
