(NPC; Tehran) is seeking more foreign joint venture partners to invest in its huge development program. The company says it is in discussions with Petkim (Istanbul) and Sibur (Moscow) about possible investments. Dmitry Konov, chairman of Sibur, recently visited Tehran and said that Sibur "is quite ready to have a 50% share" in an Iranian petrochemical project, NPC says.
