Ineos Considers Divestment of HDPE Plants in Italy and France

Ineos Olefins & Polymers Europe, a subsidiary of Ineos, says it has decided to consider the possible divestment of its high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plants at Rosignano, Italy and Sarralbe, France after a recent strategy review. Ineos says it is considering the divestment of the businesses in Italy and France because they are not integrated with the company's feedstocks.
