Eastman Forms Cellulose Diacetate JV in China

Eastman Chemical says it has entered into a joint venture with thermoplastics manufacturer Mazzucchelli 1849 (Castiglione Olona, Italy) to produce compounded cellulose diacetate (CDA). Production will take place at Mazzucchelli's facility at Shenzhen, China.
