Markets :: Plastics :: Polyethylene Dubai’s Plastics Exchange to be Launched in Third Quarter10:23 AM MDT | July 31, 2007 | Chemical Week Editorial Staff The Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange (DGCX) says it will launch four plastics futures contracts during the third quarter. The four contracts to be launched are low-density polyethylene (PE), linear-low density PE, high-density PE, and polypropylene (PP). There will be three regional contracts for each plastic—Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Mideast. DGCX says it is exploring the addition of other regions, including China.
