Dow’s Basic Plastics Weathers Economic Storm

Dow Chemical says its basic plastics business strategy has not changed, despite the economic downturn and collapse of its proposed petrochemical joint venture, K-Dow, with Kuwait’s Petrochemical Industries Co.
