Cabot Opens Masterbatch Facility in Dubai

Cabot Corporation has announced the opening of its black masterbatch manufacturing facility in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. The plant has an initial capacity of 25,000 m.t./year with provision to expand to 75,000 m.t./year. Production is scheduled to commence in August. The new unit allows Cabot to better meet increasing demand for masterbatch in the Mideast, Europe and Asia/Pacific.
