Markets :: Plastics :: Polyethylene Bids in For Saudi Kayan's Amines Complex2:10 AM MST | January 11, 2010 | Natasha Alperowicz Saudi Kayan has received four revised bids from contractors for a previously announced 210,000-m.t./year amines complex at Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The company last year terminated an engineering procurement and construction contract with Samsung Engineering for the facility on price grounds. CTCI (Taipei), Daelim Industrial (Seoul), Hyundai Engineering and Construction (Seoul), and Fluor Corp. have submitted bids for the facility with contract award expected by end of February.
