Markets :: Plastics :: Polyethylene Russian firm to build two Ineos-process PE plants1:55 PM MDT | October 26, 2012 | Natasha Alperowicz Nizhnekamskneftekhim (Nizhnekamsk, Russia) and Ineos Technologies have signed a licensing contract for two polyethylene (PE) plants to be built at Nizhnekamsk. Vladimir Busygin, Nizhnekamskneftekhim's general director, and Hugh Adams, general manager of Ineos Technologies, signed the contract. The PE plants will each be designed to produce 300,000 m.t./year. They will add to an existing 230,000-m.t./year PE unit at the site based on LyondellBasell technology.
