Russian firm to build two Ineos-process PE plants

Nizhnekamskneftekhim (Nizhnekamsk, Russia) and Ineos Technologies have signed a licensing contract for two polyethylene (PE) plants to be built at Nizhnekamsk.   Vladimir Busygin, Nizhnekamskneftekhim's general director, and Hugh Adams, general manager of Ineos Technologies, signed the contract. The PE plants will each be designed to produce 300,000 m.t./year.
