M&G Chemicals postpones Hong Kong IPO citing 'volatile market conditions'

M&G Chemicals (Tortona, Italy) has postponed its listing on the Hong Kong stock exchange, the company announced today. "In light of volatile market conditions, M&G Chemicals, in consultation with the sole global coordinator, has decided to postpone its planned global offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange," the company says. The company was offering 2.35 billion shares at HK$1.65–1.95/share.
