M&G declined to disclose a timeline or the expected cost of the project, although IHS Chemical experts say the facility is likely to cost around $1 billion and, once construction begins, take just under three years to complete.. M&G says it has bought land on the Viola Channel within the Port of Corpus Christi to build the 1-million m.t./year PET plant and accompanying 1.2-million m.t./year...
