M&G Advances Plans for World-Scale PET Plant at Corpus Christi

M&G Group says it is moving forward with previously announced plans to build a world-scale polyethylene terephthalate (PET) facility at Corpus Christi, TX. M&G declined to disclose a timeline or the expected cost of the project, although IHS Chemical experts say the facility is likely to cost around $1 billion and, once construction begins, take just under three years to complete..
