Eastman Sues Indorama Over PET Technology Patent

Eastman Chemical has filed a lawuit suit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware against Indorama Polymers (Bangkok) over their unauthorized use of Eastman’s IntegRex technology for manufacturing polyethylene terepthalate (PET). Eastman is suing Indorama for patent infringement, breach of contract, and trade secret misappropriation.
