Eastman Sues Indorama Over PET Technology Patent

Eastman Chemical has filed a lawuit suit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware against Indorama Polymers (Bangkok) over their unauthorized use of Eastman’s IntegRex technology for manufacturing polyethylene terepthalate (PET).
