Eastman Sues DAK Americas Over PET Technology Patents

Eastman Chemical has filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware against DAK Americas over their unauthorized use of Eastman’s IntegRex technology for manufacturing polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The complaint alleges patent infringement of three Eastman patents that represent a portion of Eastman’s IntegRex technology patent portfolio.
