Court Greenlights Invista's BDO Suit Against Frontech

Invista says the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas will allow the company to proceed with its lawsuit against butanediol (BDO) licensor Frontech (Houston). Invista filed suit last year for misappropriation of trade secrets, theft, false advertising and unfair competition involving Invista’s proprietary process for manufacturing BDO.
