Cepsa Completes Acquisition of PET Plant from La Seda

Cepsa Química (Madrid), a Cepsa subsidiary, has completed the previously announced acquisition of La Seda de Barcelona's polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plant at San Roque, Spain. The value of the deal is €32 million, including the net debt of Artenius San Roque, the La Seda subsidiary that operated the plant. Artenius San Roque will be renamed Cepsa Química PET.
