Alpek and United Petrochemical form RusPETF joint venture

Alpek (San Pedro Garza García, Mexico), a subsidiary of Grupo Alfa (Monterrey, Mexico), and United Petrochemical Co. (UPC; Moscow), a subsidiary of Sistema (Moscow), the largest publicly traded diversified holding company in Russia, have formed and registered a joint venture, RusPETF (Ufa, Russia).
