Recticel's U.S. Subsidiaries Apply for Chapter 11

Recticel (Brussels), a polyurethanes (PU) foam maker, says its two U.S. subsidiaries supplying the the U.S. automotive market have applied for Chapter 11 protection. Recticel Interiors North America (Rina; Clarkston, MI) and Recticel Urepp North America (Runa; Auburn Hills, MI) together employ 250 people and have sales of some €20 million ($29.8 million).
