Huntsman Buys Out Saudi JV

Huntsman has acquired a majority stake in Arabian Polyol. (Dammam, Saudi Arabia), its joint venture with Basic Chemical Industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. The jv, which will be renamed Huntsman APC, makes methylene di-para-phenylene isocyanate-based polyurethane systems.
