Dow Extends MDI Plant Shutdown in Germany

Dow Europe says it will shut down its 235,000 m.t./year methylene di-para-phenylene isocyanate (MDI) plant at Stade, Germany for an expected period of two weeks. The plant will be shut down due to a planned turnaround in mid April. The exact restart date of the plant in the coming weeks is still to be decided, Dow says.
