Praxair starts up air separation plant at Peru steelmaker

Praxair has started up a new 270-m.t./day air separation plant at Pisco, in central Peru, the company announced today. The unit will allow the company to increase supply of oxygen to Aceros Arequipa (Lima), the country’s largest long-steel maker, Praxair says.
