Messer Forms Gases JV to Serve Petchem Park in China

The Messer Group says it has concluded a joint venture contract with Quanhui Petrochemical Industrial Park in Fujian Province to provide complete industrial gas services to the petrochemical companies within the park as well as to the merchant customers in the surrounding markets.
