Messer Buys Austrian Gases Company

Messer Austria, a subsidiary of Messer (Bad Soden, Germany) has acquired  the gases business of Sapio Gase GmbH (Baumgartenberg, Austria). Sapio Gase, formerly a subsidiary of the Italian group Sapio, has a strong presence in the industrial sector in upper Austria.
