Markets :: Industrial Gases Linde to build CO2 plant in Thailand7:13 AM MST | January 21, 2013 | Deepti Ramesh Linde says that its Linde Thailand (Bang Phli) subsidiary will invest about 500 million Thai baht ($16.7 million) to install a new merchant carbon dioxide (CO2) plant in Map Ta Phut. The new CO2 plant, which will have a capacity of 300 m.t./day when it comes onstream in early 2014, will increase Linde Thailand's total CO2 production capacity to 1,200 m.t./day, the company says. “We continue to see rising demand from our customers in the energy, chemical, fabrication, and food and beverage sectors, and have therefore decided to invest in a new carbon...
