Linde to Build Air Separation Plant in Pakistan

Linde says that BOC Pakistan (Karachi, Pakistan), which is part of the Linde group, will invest about €17 million ($24 million) to build a new air separation plant and related supply chain equipment at Lahore, Pakistan. The new air separation plant will be the largest in the country and will have the capability to produce up to 150 m.t./day of merchant and gaseous products such as oxygen, nitrogen and argon, and the project is expected to be commissioned by the first quarter of 2012, Linde says.
