Markets :: Industrial Gases Linde buys partner out of Dutch joint venture10:03 AM MDT | March 19, 2013 | —Natasha Alperowicz Linde has acquired a 51% stake in Organic CO2 for Assimilation by Plants (OCAP) joint venture from partner Volker Wessels Stevin Deelnemingen, making Linde the sole owner of OCAP. The company, established in 2003, is a leading supplier of gaseous carbon dioxide (CO2) to greenhouses in the Benelux region. The CO2-enriched atmosphere in the greenhouses promotes the growth of plants.
