Linde Signs Gas Supply Deal with SK Hynix Semiconductor

Linde says it has signed a long-term supply contract with SK Hynix Semiconductor (Icheon, Korea), a world-leading manufacturer of dynamic random access memory chips (DRAM) and flash memory chips (NAND flash), to deliver on-site fluorine to multiple mass production sites in Korea. Hynix became part of the SK group (Seoul) when its subsidiary SK Telecom (Seoul) becomes Hynix’s largest shareholder in February 2012.
