Linde Sells Cryogas Colombia to Chilean Group

Linde says it has sold its Colombian subsidiary Cryogas SA (Medellin, Colombia) to the Chilean industrial gases and welding company Indura SA (Santiago) at an enterprise value of €90 million. Linde had to sell the business for antitrust reasons following its acquisition of the BOC Group in 2006. The Linde Group owned 73.95% of Cryogas and recently acquired an additional 26%.
