Linde Opens Ultra-High Purity Gas Plant in China

Linde says that Linde LienHwa (LLH), a joint venture in China between Linde and LienHwa MiTAC of Taiwan, has opened the previously announced major ultra-high purity gas plant at the thin film transistor - liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) manufacturing facility of BOE Display Technology, in the Beijing Development Authority. BOE is a leading TFT-LCD panel manufacturer for televisions, mobile devices and display light products.
