Markets :: Industrial Gases Linde Forms Industrial Gases JV with Sinopec Subsidiary in China11:13 AM MDT | September 15, 2008 | Deepti Ramesh Linde says its Linde Gas (Hong Kong) subsidiary has formed a joint venture with Sinopec Fujian Petrochemical Co. Ltd. (FPCL), a subsidiary of Sinopec, for the production and long-term supply of industrial gases to customers in Fujian Province, China. The jv company, Fujian Linde-FPCL Gases Co. Ltd., will be located in the Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park at Quanzhou, Fujian and will produce and distribute argon, nitrogen, and oxygen, Linde says.
