Linde Expands Ultra-High Purity Bulk Gas Plant

Lindewill expand its facility at Hillsboro, OR to manufacture and supply ultra-high purity (UHP) gases to semiconductor manufacturers in North America. The company will add the facility in addition to its two existing plants at Hillsboro to produce UHP nitrogen and oxygen delivered by pipeline to customers. The capacity and financial terms were not disclosed.
