Fluor Buys Sulfur Technology Firm from Air Products

Fluor says it has acquired Air Products’ subsidiary Goar, Allison & Associates (GAA; Tyler, TX), a process engineering firm specializing in sulfur recovery technologies for the energy industry. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.   GAA provides sulfur technologies for upstream gas plants, downstream refineries and gasification.
