Airgas Buys Three Distributors

Airgas says it has acquired Conley Gas (La Porte, TX), a $9-million/year supplier of pure gases to the specialty gas industry. Terms were not disclosed. Conley, which also has operations at Stryker, OH, purifies, repackages, and distributes high-purity hydrocarbons such as methane and ethylene.
