Air Products to Supply Nitrogen for Korean Chip Producer

Air Products says it has entered into a long-term agreement to supply nitrogen to Hynix Semiconductor's (Icheon, Korea) new back-end test and packaging fab that Hynix is building at North Chungcheong, Korea. Air Products will build a nitrogen air separation plant at the site, which is scheduled to come on-stream in mid-2008. Financial terms were not disclosed.
