Air Products Acquires Semiconductor Equipment Firm

Air Products has acquired Poly-Flow Engineering (PFE; Albuquerque, NM) from Ktech Corporation (Albuquerque, NM) for an undisclosed sum, the company announced today. PFE supplies chemical delivery and precision cleaning equipment for semiconductor makers. The company also serves the optical fiber, solar and medical sectors.
