Markets :: Industrial Gases Air Liquide to Build ASU in China3:35 AM MST | November 5, 2009 | Deepti Ramesh Air Liquide says it has signed a long-term gas supply contract with Shaanxi Yulin Natural Gas Chemical Industry (Yutianhua), a natural gas based methanol company in China. Air Liquide says it will invest about €60 million ($89 million) in a new air separation unit (ASU) at Yulin, Shaanxi province, China, with a production capacity of 2,700 m.t./day of oxygen, to supply oxygen and nitrogen to Yutianhua, under the terms of the agreement.
