(PRI; Elk City, OK)—an oil field services company. PRI supplies liquid nitrogen and cryogenic storage and distribution services, along with related services, to the oil and gas sector, Air Liquide says. The purchase price was not disclosed. PRI has service centers at Elk City, OK; McAlester, OK; Kilgore, TX; Conway, AK; and Paintsville, KY. PRI provides bulk liquid nitrogen for oil and gas–well-site applications, including well stimulation, pressure testing, drill stem testing, coil tubing...
