Air Liquide acquires Oklahoma-based oil field service company

Air Liquide has acquired Progressive Resources Inc. (PRI; Elk City, OK)—an oil field services company. PRI supplies liquid nitrogen and cryogenic storage and distribution services, along with related services, to the oil and gas sector, Air Liquide says. The purchase price was not disclosed. PRI has service centers at Elk City, OK; McAlester, OK; Kilgore, TX; Conway, AK; and Paintsville, KY.
