Air Liquide–Praxair JV awarded gas supply contract by Shanghai Secco Petrochemical

(Scipig) has been recently awarded a 15-year industrial gases supply contract by Shanghai Secco Petrochemical (Shanghai), Praxair says. Scipig is a joint venture between Air Liquide and Praxair. Scipig, under the terms of the agreement, will supply large volumes of pure oxygen to Shanghai Secco Petrochemical, located in the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park (SCIP), for its sulfuric acid regeneration unit.
