Markets :: Industrial Gases Air Liquide Inks Hydrogen Supply Deal with Valero1:54 PM MDT | June 15, 2011 | Nancy Seewald Air Liquide says it has entered into a long-term agreement to supply hydrogen to Valero Energy’s Port Arthur and Texas City, TX refineries. Under the deal, Air Liquide will supply a total of 105 million cubic square feet/day of hydrogen from its steam methane reformer (SMR) currently under construction at La Porte, TX. The SMR will have capacity of 120 million cubic ft/day and will also serve other customers along the Gulf Coast from Freeport, TX to Port Arthur. It is due onstream early next...
